I am a brunette %26amp; I bought Pantene Blonde Expressions Highlighting Enhancer. Is it true that if I use it every time I take a shower (every two days or so) my hair will be lighter? No, the shampoo and conditioner do not contain hair lighteners. The purpose of this line is to remove residue and mineral deposits which may dull the hair, but it does not actually alter the color. These products will probably do very little for your un-highlighted hair, but it could make your hair shinier, and may remove buildup which, if heavy, could have been making your hair appear darker.
