Is it true that primark use third world children to make their products so they don't have to pay them much?

I was told this is why they're so cheap. Is it true that primark use third world children to make their products so they don't have to pay them much?
It depends on your definition. The legal minimum working age for factory work in China is 16. Factory wages are very meager by our standards, but are meaningful to them.

Cheap goods such as these are consumed not just by Americans as has been commented, but by much of Europe, Austraila, and Asia as well.Is it true that primark use third world children to make their products so they don't have to pay them much?
Look at the label and see where the clothes are made. If they are made anywhere in Asia then most likely the answer is yes.
MOST products americans use are made in foreign countries using cheaper labor
