HSBC %26amp; SCB are just banks. The provider of the card are actually not them but rather VISA, MASTER, DINERS, AMEX, DELTA, CIRRUS etc. Unfortunately although they're an international company, you will find that they don't really exist anywhere in the world. They're widely used but you will always find a 'blind spot'. Best bet is to have 2 providers.Is it true you can use a HSBC card or SCBL card anywhere in the world?
