Is it true that if you use lemon juice and vodka, you'll get long lasting highlights?

I have medium brown hair and want highlights, but don't want to use chemicals to get them.Is it true that if you use lemon juice and vodka, you'll get long lasting highlights?
If you drink enough of it, your hair will be whatever color you want it to be!!Is it true that if you use lemon juice and vodka, you'll get long lasting highlights?
No. Lemon Juice is suppose to be a natural lightener, All it does to dark hair is damage it with the acid in it, and it's suppose to be sun. Not vodka. It barely lightens, even Blonde hair.
