No. Actually, heat opens up your pores so that you can clean them out...and then your face cools off and they close again.Is it true that if you use steam to clean your face?
no they clean the skin thoroughly and if you keep doing it, it is really good for your skin dont use too much once every three days should be just about right if you have normal skin, if you have more oily skin use every two days then as you get less oily then every three days again! never use every day as can damage your skin, always remember to apply Vaseline or moisturiser the days you dont steam! hope this helps!

I got a facial once, and they used steam on my face...It felt good, but after it was done, my face was the same. I suggest just washing your face daily with a moisturizer instead. Cheaper, and more effective.
