How can i use true type fonts like Arial-BoldMT in my word document?

I want to work with the true type fonts like Arial-boldMT and use it im my word document. but when i click the fonts dropdown list i dont get the option but the font is installed in my machine. How can i use it to work.How can i use true type fonts like Arial-BoldMT in my word document?
Reinstall Office, but with ALL the options, and ALL the fonts.
