I want to unlock my muscle's true potential without gaining muscle mass... does anyone have any secrets on how I can do this? I already do a lot of toning, but it takes too long to see the strength benefits.I heard that humans only use 30% of true muscle potential. How can I teach my muscles to use more potential?
I'm no doctor, but I am under the assumption that it's not your muscles that are preventing you from using more of their potential, but actually your brain. You would basically have to re-program your noggin, and I'm not too sure how possible that really is...
