I have never heard of pot helping with anything like that and I have smoked a good bit in my time..

Maybe because you tend to let go of many social stigmas because of your lack of worries, but it by no means makes you gay, it just makes you more open to different ideas.
Also, I am unsure if you mean to alleviate as in to ';cure homo-sexualism'; (as in make you have less homo-sexual thoughts) or if you mean it makes the homo-sexual tendencies more bearable. I will assume the latter, but if that's not what you mean please edit your question.
Whats wrong with homosexual tendencies. It sounds like the study was done by a bunch of close minded idiots. People are attracted to whom they are attracted to. The mind being clouded up by a male is no different the the mind being clouded up by a female... if you are having these feelings and want to have them cured then I would go talk to your local GSA not the drug dealer.
