Is it true once you use Proactiv, if you stop you will break out worse? Neutrogena Skin ID better?

I've head this from several people that once that used Proactiv it was great, but once they stopped their skin looked terrible pretty much forcing them to forever use the system. I wanted to try Skin ID because of this. Which is better?Is it true once you use Proactiv, if you stop you will break out worse? Neutrogena Skin ID better?
It's true about proactive.


I used it for a while,didn't really see many results though,so I stopped using it.


And then I broke out with a bunch of small bumps.


Best thing I've ever used is this soap called Tone.

yes it is i stopped using it and broke out rele bad and started using it again 3 months ago and it hasnt even abegin to work agian
